Qualifications Understanding of lease processes and lease administration, including preparing, reviewing, and accurately maintaining lease documents. Skills in resident retention and customer service, with the ability to build positive relationships and respond effectively to resident needs. Strong communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication with residents, prospects, and team members. Basic sales and marketing skills relevant to leasing, including presenting property features and supporting community marketing efforts. Previous experience in property management, leasing, or a customer-facing role is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Katy, TX, including weekends or evenings as needed. Proficiency with property management software and standard office applications is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, real estate, or related fields is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
