Essential Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin SLP license (WI SLP) required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience working with K-8 school-aged children is preferred
• Familiarity with a range of disabilities and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students across multiple grades
• Conduct assessments, develop goals, and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Work alongside teachers and other school staff to support students’ academic and social growth
• Offer guidance and education to families and caregivers regarding strategies for home support
