Advanced Practice Provider

Rutland Regional Medical Center (RRMC), the largest community hospital in Vermont, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team. As an APP at RRMC, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality medical care to our diverse patient population. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose health conditions, and develop treatment plans. Collaborate closely with physicians and other medical staff to deliver effective, holistic patient care. Prescribe medications and therapy; monitor patient response and adjust treatments as necessary. Educate patients and their families on their health, wellness, and preventive care. Maintain detailed patient records and ensure confidentiality and privacy in compliance with healthcare laws and standards. Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay current on medical practices and policies.
