Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students to identify psychosocial needs.

• Develop and implement individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with educational staff and family members.

• Monitor client progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to families, helping them navigate challenges and access appropriate resources.

• Facilitate a trusting and supportive atmosphere by building rapport with students, families, and educational personnel.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will focus primarily on school-aged children and adolescents facing diverse emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. Your role will involve tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each student while collaborating with their families and school staff. This work is critical in promoting mental wellness and addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, social skills deficits, and adjustment disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current LCSW licensure in the state of California.

• Expert knowledge of clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies appropriate for your client demographics.
