Our client, a leading organization, is seeking a contract Administrative Assistant. In this role, you’ll help keep employee requests moving smoothly by assisting with inbox coverage, documentation tracking, data entry, and coordination with internal partners and a third-party leave administrator. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their HR/administrative career who enjoys detail-oriented work, values confidentiality, and wants hands-on exposure in Human Resources.

- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word \n

- Exposure to leave of absence and/or workplace accommodations support \n

- High school diploma required \n
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred \n
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, benefits, or a related area preferred \n
