Bucket Operator (Sign On Bonus )

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Bucket Operator to join our tree service team. The ideal candidate has experience operating aerial lifts, pruning trees and branches, and performing safe efficient tree work.

What You'll Do

• Operate bucket trucks and aerial lifts safely and efficiently
• Perform tree pruning and removals
• Prune and lower limbs using proper techniques
• Operate chainsaws and tree-care equipment
• Assist with rigging, cleanup, and job-site organization
• Follow ANSI Z133 safety standards and maintain a clean work area
• Work as part of a professional tree crew

What We're Looking For

• Previous bucket truck and tree-pruning experience required
• Knowledge of tree removal and pruning practices
• Ability to safely operate chainsaws and aerial equipment
• Strong understanding of job-site safety
• Reliable transportation and good work ethic
• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus
• ISA certifications are a plus
