Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests including but not limited to chemistry, hematology, and immunology, in alignment with established protocols.

Critical analysis of test results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and ensure laboratory instruments undergo routine preventative maintenance and calibration.

Facilitate specimen collection while preparing samples for analysis as needed.

Accurately document procedures, mentor new personnel or students, and fortify lab quality standards.

Ensure a clean and secure working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Achieve ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.

Maintain current certification throughout your career with us.
