HVAC Sales Manager

Company Name Blue Flame Heating, Air, Electric Overview Blue Flame, Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a high-performing HVAC Sales Manager to join our growing, successful team. As a Sales Manager with us you will direct and lead residential sales strategies for the branch including defining, implementing, and monitoring your sales team’s performance. Responsibilities Meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets and goals as determined by General Manager Driving revenue and conversion for the division Acting as a trainer and resource to the sales team in branch products, services, and the residential sales processes Hiring, training and motivating each sales representative to meet or exceed goals Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etc Meeting with sales management team weekly to present reports Qualifications 5 years of in-home sales management experience is required. College degree in a technical field or building science is preferred.
