Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable

Executing timely delivery of Accounts Payable processes, the full-time Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable will manage complex processing activities, ensure data quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives onsite in Bandar Sunway, Malaysia. Key responsibilities Perform complex daily processing activities within agreed timelines and monitor data quality Identify and propose improvements for repetitive issues, supporting project execution and process enhancements Prepare analytic reports, respond to transaction queries, and assist with internal/external audits Required qualifications Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in industry or shared services Strong knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools Good verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese is a plus Strong team player with a focus on customer service quality
