About Pomo

Pomo is building an AI marketing team that helps businesses plan, create, and execute marketing across content, social, paid ads, and more. Founded by engineers from Google DeepMind, Meta, and Databricks, we’re making effective marketing more accessible to ambitious businesses.

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on intern who loves making content and wants to learn how to turn attention into business growth.

\n

About the role

\n

You’ll work directly with the founders to create content, grow Pomo’s social presence, and test new ideas. Content and organic growth are the main focus, with opportunities to support paid campaigns and other growth experiments.

\n

If you’re always thinking about why a post went viral, how to make a better hook, or what makes people stop scrolling, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

\n
• Create social posts, short-form videos, product demos, and behind-the-scenes content.
\n
• Turn founder perspectives and product updates into engaging stories.
\n
• Research trends and pitch original ideas with viral potential.
\n
• Test different hooks, formats, and distribution approaches.
\n
• Help manage our social calendar, publish content, and engage with relevant communities.
\n
• Track content performance and use what you learn to improve the next piece.
\n
• Support paid ads and other growth experiments as you develop your skills.
\n

What we’re looking for

\n
• Are a creator / influencer yourself with at least 10k+ followers and generated engaging, creative contents.
\n
• Strong writing skills and a good instinct for engaging social content.
\n
• Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, or TikTok.
\n
• Comfort creating and editing short-form videos and simple visuals.
\n
• Curiosity about AI, startups, marketing, and internet culture.
\n
• Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on ideas.
\n
• Willingness to experiment, take feedback, and learn quickly.
\n

No prior professional marketing experience is required. A personal account, campus project, side project, or portfolio that shows your creativity is welcome.
