Structural Fitting Leaderman

Genesis Technical Staffing, Inc

We are seeking a dedicated Structural Fitting Working Leaderman with at least 3 to 5 years of craft-specific experience performing structural fitting functions. The candidate will direct their workforce in the successful fitting and welding of all piping components of assigned vessels.

REQUIREMENTS?

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of craft-specific experience performing structural fitting functions

SKILLS?

Ability to interpret standard construction drawings
Basic knowledge of Structural Fitting specific processes and techniques

RESPONSIBILITIES?

Must be familiar with standard marine practices and general specifications for construction
Must be able to communicate effectively and work well with other supervisors
Must have a strong focus on quality, production, safety and environmental aspects of work being performed
