The Digital Sales Manager at SkyOne Federal Credit Union represents an exciting new opportunity within our Sales department, dedicated to revolutionizing how we engage with members through digital platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Development, or related experience. 3+ years of experience in digital or traditional sales with proven experience using digital sales tools such as CRMs, lead tracking forms and data-driven cross sell strategies. Proven success in driving measurable growth through digital sales strategies, CRM optimization, Sales activity tracking and Sales Results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Data-driven and highly analytical with the ability to translate insights into action. Deep understanding of financial products, services, and member needs. Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment. Must possess a superior level of member service, be a positive role model, and demonstrate a high level of commitment to the organization.
