Associate Director, CRM Product Owner

Associate Director role within the Analytics & Performance Analytics function, responsible for owning CRM product roadmap, requirements, and releases for Field Tools. This position translates commercial needs into product solutions, manages cross-functional delivery, and ensures field user adoption and product health.

Responsibilities

  • Own product roadmap and manage feature development for assigned CRM product in alignment with business strategy
  • Translate commercial field needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and prioritized product backlog items
  • Represent field user voice throughout product development to ensure workforce needs drive product decisions
  • Track tool health metrics, adoption trends, and issue patterns; escalate systemic issues with data-driven recommendations
  • Champion change management and adoption efforts to equip field teams with training and support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in field leadership, marketing, and analytics
  • Deep familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and/or Veeva
  • Experience with AI-enabled CRM capabilities, data analytics, and digital engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change initiatives and build engaged teams
  • Strong knowledge of pharma/biotech business operations and compliance landscape
  • Leadership capability to drive strategy in complex matrix environments without direct authority
