Shift Options:

• AM Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

• PM Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Overview:

We are actively seeking an experienced Clinical Cook . The Clinical Cook prepares nutritious, high-quality meals for patients, visitors, staff, and catered events while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. This role operates within a “Room Service Model” environment and requires flexibility, teamwork, and strong line cooking or short-order cooking experience.

• Prepare, season, and cook meals according to recipes and production standards

• Ensure dietary restrictions and nutritional requirements are accurately followed

• Execute line cooking and short-order cooking efficiently

• Prepare food for patient meal service, café operations, and catering events

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen stations, equipment, and dishware

• Operate kitchen equipment including slicers, mixers, grinders, and blenders

• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion consistency

• Assist with inventory maintenance and kitchen operations

• 3–5 years of cooking experience

• Experience with line cooking and/or short-order cooking

• Strong understanding of kitchen culture, food preparation procedures, sanitation, and safety practices

• Team-oriented and rule-compliant mindset
