As a Customer Service Facility Attendant, you'll be at the heart of our commitment to a clean, bright, and safe laundry experience, transforming everyday tasks into a meaningful service for our community. You'll begin your journey with us as a valued team member, with opportunities to advance from an entry-level "SpinNerd" to a "SpinAmbassador." We offer flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle, whether you prefer morning, evening, night, or weekend shifts. Enjoy paid training at $10/hr for six weeks, followed by competitive pay of $10–$12/hr, plus commissions and bonuses.

• Create a Fun and Welcoming Job environment by maintaining a clean, neat, and organized facility

• Be a part of changing the way people think about laundry

• Build strong customer relationships within our communities by providing an Excellent Customer Service Experience

• Greet, help, and thank our customers

• Respond with urgency to customer inquiries, product and service questions, along with any customer issues

• Maintain a great visual presentation of our merchandise 

• Educate and share our services, products, and promotions - sharing value for our customers

• Follow our company policies and procedures

• Comply with our uniform dress code

• Prioritize both Customer and Associate Safety 

• Report in a timely manner all equipment, machines, and building maintenance opportunities

• Proven track record of building strong relationships within the community, enhancing our brand's presence and trust.
• Skill in effectively communicating with customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Capability to educate customers about our services, products, and promotions, adding value to their experience.
• Commitment to adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and reliability in service.
• Dedication to prioritizing safety for both customers and associates, fostering a secure environment for all involved.
• Ability to be at work on time when scheduled.
