Executive Director/AdministratorWe are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Executive Director/Administrator with strong leadership experience to join our team.Responsibilities:Ensure residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate environment that recognizes each individual's needs and rights.Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff at all levels throughout the community.Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet the needs of the community and comply with state regulations.Demonstrate strong performance management skills, including the ability to clearly communicate performance expectations.Oversee and assist in the preparation of the community's annual budget, collaborating with the management team to ensure all departments consistently meet monthly budget goals.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required, along with at least four (4) years of related experience.Experience working in senior care and memory care/dementia preferred.A genuine compassion for and desire to work with older adults is required.Company OverviewPeregrine Senior Living is recognized for its innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for older adults.
