The Role You’ll Play to Create Success 

We are growing and looking for a full-time, licensed 2-20, Commercial Account Executive - (Property and Casualty)  position! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by being responsible for the day-to-day management of our mid-sized to largest and most complex client accounts with the potential for future growth.

1. Prequalifies all requests for quotes to determine eligibility and interest.
2. Delivers positive customer service by responding promptly to questions and concerns from clients regarding commercial insurance products and services.
3. Handle entire renewal process from submission to presentation to binding.
4. Builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing and new clients to include processing policy changes, endorsements, binders, policy checking, contract reviews, etc.
5. Supports Account Managers throughout the sales and servicing process.
6. Administratively supports the Agency Vice President.
7. Assist with Certificates of Insurance
8. Attend Client meetings in person or virtually up to 3 times a year with upper management.

The Attributes We Seek 

 

1. Florida 2-20 General Lines License in good standing
2. 1-3 years of commercial insurance industry experience
3. Knowledge of AMS360prefered
