You'll need an active OTR/L license and NBCOT certification, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt your approach based on individual needs. Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is certainly helpful, but we're also eager to meet new grads who bring fresh energy and a deep sense of purpose to their work.
