Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

State Farm Insurance & Financial Services Agency Opportunity

You are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. This can be a part-time working into full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new prospective insurance customers in various methods
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist insurance customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle insurance customers' inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of insurance customer interactions.
• Proficient with the insurance daily operations to drive retention and cross selling of insurance products

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Energetic, friendly, and ability to build client relationships
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Property & Casualty, and Life & Health Insurance licenses (must possess or be able to acquire asap)
• Strong work ethics
• Persuasive

Note: This is a position with a local State Farm agency, note State Farm Companies Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
• Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
• Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Cantonese
