Tech - Cath Lab/EP

$2521.44/week –

Job Summary:
The Cath Lab Tech is responsible for assisting with cardiovascular procedures in the catheterization lab. They ensure the quality and safety of diagnostic and interventional cardiac interventions through specialized technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate the Cath Lab equipment and tools for procedures.

• Assist physicians during complex cardiac catheterizations and interventions.

• Monitor patient vital signs and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.

• Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols.

• Document procedures accurately and update patient records accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Cardiovascular Technician certification or equivalent.

• Have prior experience working in a Cath Lab or interventional cardiology setting.

• Demonstrate proficiency in imaging and diagnostic equipment operation.

• Possess strong attention to detail and patient care skills.

• Ability to work a 4×10-hour schedule with rotating days off and participate in 14 days of call within 6 weeks, including every 3rd weekend.
