Service Desk Analyst II: MSP Support & Knowledge Base

A leading managed services provider located in Atlanta, GA is seeking a highly capable Service Desk Analyst II. This role requires the candidate to assist customers with various desktop support issues, maintain a high volume of ticket closures, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
