Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their issues, strengths, and personal goals, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions employing evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address both immediate concerns and long-term healing.

• Engage in collaborative treatment strategies with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic support, ensuring thorough care across various aspects of a client's life.

• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, facilitating smooth communication and coordination with other practitioners involved in a client's care.

• Respond to crisis situations promptly, providing immediate support and interventions to ensure client safety and peace of mind.

• Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on emerging trends and research within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to 100,000 per year , dependent on experience and qualifications.
