CLA is currently seeking a Regional Director to join our East Region in our Wealth Advisory Practice in either our Orlando, Tampa or Charlotte locations. Serve as a senior resource for complex and high‑net‑worth client needs. Operational & Regulatory Rigor Strengthen the operational foundation needed for scalable growth. Ensure flawless adherence to fiduciary, regulatory, and risk standards. What You Bring 10 years of relevant financial services or wealth advisory experience required. Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and supervising financial professionals with AUM accountability. Strong background in financial planning, investment management, and client advisory. Bachelor's degree required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. FINRA Series 7, 24, and 65 licenses required (or equivalent registrations) — CFP designation preferred. What CLA Offers A national platform with local autonomy. Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. The compensation range for this position in California is: $197,000 – $303,000.
