Customer Service Representative

Job Summary Transdev is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service‑oriented people who are dedicated to safety. Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation package: $17.69–$22.50 hourly (minimum $17.69, maximum $22.50) Vacation: minimum of two weeks. Sick days: 5 days. Holidays: 12 days (8 standard and 4 floating). Other benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, voluntary long‑term disability. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information, or redirect to a supervisor. Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures. Meet or exceed established performance requirements. Document trip authorizations and details, including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, and addresses. Other duties as required. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Computer literate. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to operate a standard telephone system. Must be able to work shifts or flexibly schedule as needed. Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. Physical Requirements Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions. Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces. Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds; lift material up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level. Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing duties; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise. Must be able to work shifts or a flexible work schedule as needed. The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen. Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
