Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk with 1-2 years of dealership accounting experience and strong knowledge of CDK. This role is responsible for supporting the accounting department by ensuring vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and accounts payable transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and ACH payments.
• Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Reimburse employees for approved expenses in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including contact information and payment terms.
• Prepare and generate accounts payable reports as needed for management and auditing purposes.
• Verify validity of account discrepancies and resolve any billing issues by communicating effectively both internally and externally.
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of dealership accounting experience
• Customer service orientation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent time management and communication skills
