Hybrid in Omaha: Mon - Friday 7:30a-4pm (in office days 2 days of week) Pay Range: $42,902 - $53,199 annually Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle NFM’s Category Coordinator maintains and analyzes the category planning and buying processes and data, as well as provides administrative support to the Category Financial Planner, Buyer and Divisional Merchandise Planning Manager. Job Duties: A Day in the Life Create and Maintain: SKUs, promotional pricing, vendor promo claims (VRAP) and advertising input and update Assess: Evaluate invoice discrepancies and perform SKU accuracy audits Compete: Confirm web crawl (competitor pricing) exceptions and update per category guidelines Report: Run post promotion analysis, update on SKU workload status and category specific nuances Manage: Cost SKU exception process (vetting invoice pricing) Collaborate: assist Buyer with assortment review and vendor funding management Support: work with internal and external customers on product status and pricing Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that’s what we love. Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Business, Management, related field or equivalent experience 1 year buying or planning coordinator or administrative and/or inventory analysis experience Retail buying, planning, merchandising, marketing or supply chain experience preferred Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word and Excel) ERP software experience preferred Ability to enter data quickly and accurately Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs Pre‑employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check Benefits: What’s in It for You?
