Inside Sales Desk Leader: Build & Scale High-Volume Wins

Paycom is seeking an Internal Sales Desk Manager in Dallas to build and lead a high-volume inside-sales desk. Initially you will personally handle inbound/outbound calls, set appointments, and convert opportunities. As the desk scales, you will hire, train, coach, and manage additional representatives to achieve repeatable sales success. You will own the scripts, metrics, and process improvements, ensuring accurate CRM documentation and strong collaboration with field sales, marketing, and #J-18808-Ljbffr MEGATEL HOMES INC
