What You'll Do: Formulate and blend batches using computerized HMI/PLC system as well as manual blends Follow production tickets to mix and react raw materials resulting in finished products Comply with plant policies and safety procedures Assist in formulation of each batch of product Maintain a safe and clean work area Ensure there are no unlabeled containers in work area of any type Cleaning Assist all plant personnel in seeking ways to eliminate waste and inefficiency throughout plant Other duties as required What You'll Bring: High school diploma or equivalent Physically and medically capable of wearing a respirator Mechanical aptitude Ability to work with and understand computerized control screens Ability to multitask/formulate across multiple vessels and reactions Ability to read, write and understand the English language Ability to lift 50lbs frequently during entire shift Ability to handle 500lbs drums occasionally Good manual dexterity and good vision & hearing Ability to stoop & bend frequently Ability to move & be in a stationary position during entire shift Ready to make an impact with us?
