Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the needs, strengths, and challenges of clients and families.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that utilize evidence-based practices, ensuring therapeutic approaches are tailored to client feedback and progress.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to promote healing and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families facing various relational conflicts, mental health challenges, and emotional struggles. You will employ a family systems perspective, facilitating therapeutic interventions that engage all family members as partners in the healing process. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current, unrestricted LMFT licensure in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
