Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing thorough assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical therapeutic services.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing comprehensive, tailored treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
