• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of each student and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Engage in individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing innovative techniques to foster resilience and coping skills among students.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with professional standards and regulations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, school administration, and other professionals in a coordinated effort to support students’ mental health and educational goals.

• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in social work and mental health services.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker in this role will work primarily with children and adolescents in a school environment. Our clients often face various challenges, including emotional distress, behavioral issues, and academic pressures. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
