Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and strengths.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various formats—including individual, group, family, and couples counseling—drawing from techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
