This position will be predominantly remote, enabling you to connect with clients and families across different locations. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals at the Detox Center, utilizing digital tools and platforms that facilitate effective communication and service delivery. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the needs of clients, tailoring interventions effectively.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring each plan aligns with the child's developmental goals and family priorities.

• Monitor outcomes within a collaborative team setting, adjusting strategies and interventions according to the child’s progress and changing circumstances.
\n
• Provide ongoing support to families, equipping them with resources and skills necessary to enhance their child's development and well-being.

• Comply with all applicable Federal and State regulations governing social work practices and maintain the highest ethical standards.
\n
• Facilitate coaching sessions that utilize natural environment teaching techniques, helping families to integrate learning experiences into daily routines.

• Develop strong rapport with clients and families to foster an open, supportive learning atmosphere that encourages growth and recovery.

• Provide documentation and report writing that reflects adherence to best practices and regulatory compliance, ensuring clarity and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children aged infancy to three years, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays. You will engage in programs designed to help these young individuals acquire vital skills across various domains—including physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication abilities. Working alongside families, your advocacy will play a crucial role in their journey toward substantive growth and resilience.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work is required, with an LCSW licensure preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
