Staff Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager based in Switzerland. This is a high‑impact leadership role focused on shaping and scaling a mobile‑first product used daily by thousands of professional property managers across the world. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of a critical mobile application that supports fast‑moving, real‑world workflows in short‑term rental operations. The role requires a strong product mindset combined with deep user empathy and a passion for mobile experiences. You will operate in a fast‑scaling, profitable environment with significant autonomy and visibility. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will turn complex, multi‑persona needs into intuitive and high‑performing mobile experiences. Your work will directly influence product adoption, retention, and customer success across a global user base. Accountabilities Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a mobile‑first product, ensuring alignment with broader product domains and company objectives. Lead continuous product discovery by engaging directly with users, translating insights into clear opportunities, priorities, and product requirements. Define and track core product metrics (adoption, engagement, retention), ensuring strong instrumentation and data visibility across all releases. Drive end‑to‑end delivery of mobile features in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Research, and Go‑to‑Market teams. Ensure a best‑in‑class native mobile experience across iOS and Android, optimized for speed, usability, and field usage. Lead GTM readiness for releases, partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure successful launches and adoption. Requirements 7+ years of experience in product management, with strong exposure to B2B SaaS and mobile applications. Proven experience launching and scaling mobile products on iOS and Android, including ownership of app release cycles. Strong background in managing complex B2B platforms with multiple user personas (e.g., operators, admins, field teams, service providers). Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, field interviews, and translate insights into impactful product decisions. Experience leading cross‑functional teams across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and iteration. Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset. Passion for mobile‑first product design; experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, or property management is a strong advantage.
