Chief Technology OfficerAs the Chief Technology Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global certification and assessment platform. You will be the driving force behind our technology vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and product strategy. This is a high-impact leadership position that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the technology vision, architecture, and execution of our global certification and assessment platformBuild and scale a world-class engineering team, driving hiring, mentoring, and cultureArchitect and optimize platforms for AI certification delivery, learning systems, and analytics toolsWork directly with the CEO, product, and business teams to align tech initiatives with market strategyStay ahead of AI, ML, and blockchain trends to ensure cutting-edge innovationImplement scalable, secure, and cost-effective engineering practicesRepresent the tech vision in strategic collaborations and leadership meetingsRequirementsPhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field from a top-tier institution7–15 years of technical experience with proven engineering team leadershipDeep expertise in AI/ML, cloud (AWS/Azure), APIs, system design, and data pipelinesStrong track record of shipping complex products at scaleExcellent communication and leadership skillsPreferredPrior startup or founding experienceFamiliarity with certification or EdTech platformsBased in the U.S. or experienced in working with global, distributed teams
