Salary range: 100-150K USD base (200-300K USD OTE) plus benefits plus equity. We are your AI Operations teammate that helps you fully automate your SOPs end-to-end. Our agents can automate almost any complex workflow using a mixture of browser automation, document processing and API calls./ppCompanies in complex industries like Healthcare, Payroll Services, Logistics, Marketplaces have been using Champ to automate tedious manual processes end-to-end. Our mission is to eliminate repetitive work, so businesses can grow without having to scale headcount./ppWe are looking for a Founding Account Executive with 2-4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience to help build our go-to-market playbook from the ground up. Youll be instrumental in taking our proven product and turning it into a repeatable, scalable sales motion./ph3What Will You Be Doing?/h3ulliWork directly with the founders to sell to operators in healthcare, logistics, and other ops-heavy industries./liliBuild the GTM playbook that the next ten AEs will run./liliSharpen the discovery script, tighten the demo, and refine customer segmentation./liliSource your own pipeline, run discovery calls, and help establish our initial CRM and RevOps processes./liliCollaborate with a peer founding AE to trade learnings and accelerate our growth./li/ulh3Key Requirements/h3ulli2-4 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience./liliA track record of personally closing over $1M in new ARR in a single year./liliTechnical fluency and the ability to explain how an AI agent works./liliComfort with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving startup environment./liliHunter instincts with a low ego, ready to build processes from scratch./li/ulh2Why You Should Join Us/h2pMeaningful revenue with paying customers and multiple 6-figure deals already closed.
