Certified Surgical Tech, Lebanon ASC - $20k Bonus

Job Summary Certified Surgical Technologist provides proper and efficient care of the patient in the operating room under the direct supervision of the circulating nurse. He/she knows sterile technique, understands basic anatomy and operative procedures, and applies knowledge of instruments and equipment used in the operating rooms. Location 1411 W Baddour Parkway | Lebanon, TN 37087 Shift Detail Full-time, 4x10s – 6:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Late Stay – 1 per week on average No weekends, No holidays, No call Compensation & Benefits Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 taxable, paid in four equal payments over 2 years. Relocation Bonus: Up to $10,000 taxable for relocation within >100 miles, payable within 45 days of hire. Other benefits: health, disability, retirement, wellness offerings. Key Responsibilities Sets up sterile field Passes instruments during procedure Assists OR staff as requested Adheres to practices and policies to ensure patient safety and follows infection control standards Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an approved specific discipline OR successful completion of a surgical technologist training program while in service as a member of any branch of the United States Armed Forces. Less than one year of relevant work experience. Certification from one of the following issuers: NBSTSA CST (National Board of Surgical Technologist and Surgical Assistants, Certified Surgical Technologist) or NCCT – TS-C (National Center for Competency Testing, Tech in Surgery).
