Site Coordinator

Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized 2nd Shift Site Coordinator to oversee our on-site workforce operations during the evening shift. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our client and temporary workforce during critical production hours. You will ensure seamless shift transitions, maintain high employee engagement, and manage talent delivery.

You will be part of a seasoned internal team with extensive experience across multiple manufacturing industries, offering a highly collaborative, supportive, and structured work environment.

salary: $23 - $26 per hour

work hours: 4 PM - 12:30 AM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Talent & Pipeline Management: Screen, select, and manage top-tier talent based on specific job profiles while utilizing workplace forecasts to build a robust candidate pipeline and ensure all positions are filled by the requested start date.

• Strategic Client Partnership: Establish and maintain a relationship with the client through regular in-person visits, developing a deep understanding of their business direction, and aligning operations with key stakeholders and established processes.

• Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a thriving, welcoming, and positive environment for on-site talent by maintaining a direct presence, addressing employee needs, and executing engagement initiatives such as monthly newsletters, town halls, and appreciation events.

• Team Collaboration: Partner and collaborate within a supportive, seasoned internal team that leverages extensive experience across multiple manufacturing industries to drive collective success.

The essential functions of this role include:
