Director, Sage Intacct

Overview As a Consulting Practitioner Director on our Sage Intacct team, you will be both a strategic leader and a hands‑on practitioner—responsible for shaping vision, cultivating C‑suite relationships, and overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of high‑value engagements. Responsibilities Client & Market Leadership: Elevate brand visibility through industry conferences, white papers, and robust networking. Represent the firm, shape service offerings, and collaborate across practice leads. Go‑to‑Market Strategy: Define service packages, pricing models, and partner ecosystems; establish relationships with key technology partners to drive platform insights. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead proposals, pitches, and solution design. Trusted Partnerships: Build deep relationships with executive sponsors (CEO, CFO, CIO) and serve as a trusted advisor. Customer Outcomes: Collaborate with clients to define objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, and deliver against them. Revenue Growth: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, win net‑new business, and drive recurring revenue to beat KPIs. Engagement & Delivery Excellence: Own P&L for client portfolios, manage scoping, budgeting, staffing, and financial performance to hit margin targets. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, navigate challenges, and provide guidance on escalation and resolution. Performance Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Set KPIs (delivery velocity, NPS, utilization), monitor progress, and lead retrospectives. Executive Presence: Lead communications with client leadership and Armanino Partners, delivering succinct key messages. Practice Management: Own financial performance, resource planning, methodology development, governance, and compliance. Talent & Workforce Management: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; align with strategic vision and maintain high engagement. Operational Excellence: Streamline internal processes, select tools, and manage knowledge for scalable growth. Strategic Initiatives: Implement and monitor initiatives across consulting practice areas with measurable outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Minimum 12 years’ experience in a top‑tier consulting firm or equivalent leadership role. Demonstrated success in managing executive‑level client relationships and growing consulting revenue. Proven track record of leading delivery teams. Deep expertise in Sage Intacct, digital transformation, cloud, finance & accounting, strategy, data & analytics, or industry‑specific solutions. Ability to work onsite at one of our offices or travel to client sites up to 50% of the time. Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative leadership style. Strong network in target industries such as technology, healthcare, professional services, nonprofit, family office, private equity, etc. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
