Occupational Medicine Physician Assistant

Location: Charlotte, NC
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated healthcare provider to join an occupational health clinic in Charlotte.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

• No weekends or on-call requirements

Patient Population

• First responders only (including FBI, police, fire, and VA personnel)

• No insurance billing or coding responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine physical examinations

• Order and review laboratory tests

• Perform and interpret stress tests

• Review X-rays

Patient Volume

• Approximately patients per day

• 30-minute appointment blocks

Work Environment

• Structured and predictable workflow

• Low-acuity patient population

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted North Carolina license (or ability to obtain)

Salary + Benefits:

• $110.000-$135,000/year W2
• Paid time off: 120 hours accrue per year, available after 90 days

Benefits:

• As a full-time employee, your eligibility for benefits (medical, dental, and vision) begins on the first day of the calendar month following 60 days of employment.
• Participation in the Company's retirement plan with up to a 3.5% annual match following your 90-day probationary period.
