Human Resource Generalist

About the Team The Human Resources team partners with leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent while supporting employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. This role works closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR leadership to support recruitment and broader human resources initiatives. About the Role We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions with a strong focus on healthcare recruitment and employee lifecycle management. This position plays a key role in recruiting for patient services positions while assisting with onboarding, HR administration, payroll support, HRIS management, and employee relations initiatives. Responsibilities Support day-to-day Human Resources operations, including employee lifecycle activities, compliance and administrative processes. Lead recruitment efforts for patient services and other assigned positions, managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Coordinate onboarding activities, including offer preparation, new hire documentation, personnel files and hire date confirmations. Facilitate and present New Employee Orientation sessions on a rotating basis. Maintain accurate employee records through HRIS data entry and reporting. Assist with benefits administration, employee changes and payroll‑related processes. Process background checks, including criminal, education, and other pre‑employment screenings, in compliance with organizational policies. Support internal employee transfers and career mobility initiatives. Collaborate with HR leadership on departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support recruitment strategies and workforce planning. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. One to two years of Human Resources experience. Prior recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare industry. Experience managing full‑cycle recruitment processes. Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience working with HRIS systems and standard HR processes is preferred.
