CAREGIVER SCHEDULING COORDINATORHome Care | Amada Senior Care Twin CitiesDo you enjoy talking with people, solving problems, and figuring out how all the pieces fit together?Amada Senior Care Twin Cities is looking for a Caregiver Scheduling Coordinator to help connect our caregivers with the clients who depend on them.This is a fast-moving, people-focused role. You'll spend a significant part of your day communicating by phone with caregivers, clients, families, and your Amada teammates. When a caregiver calls off, a new client needs care, or someone's availability changes, you'll help figure out the best solution.For the right person, scheduling is a little like solving a puzzle: Who is available? Who is the best fit for this client? How do we maintain consistency? What other options haven't we tried yet?What you'll do· Build and maintain caregiver schedules for our home care clients.· Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, location, client needs, preferences, and personality fit.· Spend time every day talking with caregivers about schedules, availability, open shifts, and new opportunities.· Respond to incoming calls from caregivers, clients, families, and prospective clients with warmth and professionalism.· Troubleshoot call-offs, schedule changes, and coverage gaps and look for solutions before they become bigger problems.· Work closely with our Client Care, HR, nursing, and leadership teams.· Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly.· Develop relationships with caregivers so you understand who they are, what they are good at, and the types of clients and schedules that work best for them.· Keep caregiver availability and scheduling information accurate and current.· Document scheduling changes and communications in our scheduling system.· Help create consistent caregiver teams and continuity of care for our clients.You'll probably love this job if you...· Really enjoy being on the phone and talking with people.· Like figuring things out instead of simply identifying that there is a problem.· Can look at a complicated scheduling situation and start thinking, "Okay, what are our options?"· Are comfortable reaching out to multiple people to find a solution.· Are organized but can also adjust quickly when the day does not go according to plan.· Communicate clearly and respectfully, even when someone is frustrated or plans suddenly change.· Enjoy working as part of a team and sharing information so others can do their jobs well.· Take ownership and follow things through to completion.· Care about both the client experience and the caregiver experience.What we're looking for· At least 1 year of scheduling, staffing, dispatch, customer service, or other high-volume coordination experience.· Home care, healthcare, senior living, staffing, or similar experience is preferred but not required.· Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills.· Good judgment and problem-solving ability.· Ability to manage multiple priorities and frequent interruptions.· Comfort learning scheduling software and other technology.· High school diploma or GED required. A plus: Experience with AxisCare, WellSky or another healthcare scheduling system.Why Join Amada?Looking for work where you can genuinely make a difference in someone's day?At Amada Senior Care Twin Cities, you'll join a supportive, team-oriented workplace where people work together to solve problems, support caregivers, and provide dependable care to families throughout the Twin Cities.We're an established and growing company where your work matters and where you'll have the opportunity to build relationships, contribute ideas, and make a meaningful impact on both our clients and caregivers.What We Offer· Competitive pay of $25–$28/hour, based on experience· Paid time off· Paid holidays· 401(k)· A collaborative, mission-driven team· Meaningful work supporting seniors, families, and caregiversApply today and help us bring dependable, compassionate care to more families across the Twin Cities.
