Territory Manager - Neurovascular

We are partnered with a Medical Device company looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager with Interventional / Vascular experience working with Wires/ Catheters. Someone with 5+ years of relevant industry experience, a strong passion for their work, and a robust drive to succeed. Experienced sales professionals will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships in the device community. The ideal candidate will leverage our early traction and existing relationships to help establish them as a leader in the Neurovascular space and contribute to our strategic direction to help us achieve clearly defined milestones. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers to drive long-term business partnerships and customer satisfaction. Provide expert clinical and technical support during interventional procedures, ensuring exceptional case coverage and customer experience. Drive revenue growth by expanding existing business, identifying new market opportunities, and executing strategic territory development plans. Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and performance objectives. Foster customer retention and loyalty through proactive account management, responsiveness, and ongoing clinical partnership Establish onboarding of new customers and support VAC process Provide monthly reports to regional sales leaders to track progress towards key objectives Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and inform territory strategy. Qualifications 5 years minimum device sales experience. Must have interventional/vascular experience working with wires/catheters.
