Required Qualifications Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license or certification in Massachusetts Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads, preferably within K12 settings Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Passion for supporting students with diverse needs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and other specialists Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students across K12 grade levels Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements Engage in parent/guardian meetings and support educational staff with strategies for language development Adapt therapy approaches to meet varied learning styles and cultural backgrounds Enjoy a regular Monday to Friday schedule, working 37.5 hours each week, making a meaningful impact while enjoying work-life balance.
