Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Chicopee, Massachusetts

As the dedicated SLP for a high school caseload of roughly 75 students, you'll deliver essential evaluation and therapy services, while collaborating closely with teachers, families, and support staff. Your leadership will extend to overseeing a Speech Assistant, guiding service delivery and supporting student achievement in communication and language skills.


Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure and CCC-SLP credential required
• Accepting ASHA Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Experience providing school-based SLP services (pediatrics/adolescents)
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to complete high school level speech/language evaluations independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language services to students in a high school setting
• Administer comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Oversee and mentor a Speech Assistant, ensuring quality of service delivery
