Litigation Associate/Partner

FARKAS & DONOHUE, LLC has a focus practice on the defense of medical and professional malpractice claims. We have an immediate opening for a few attorney positions and are looking for motivated individuals with strong analytical and writing skills. Prior civil litigation experience would be a plus. This is a full-time position. The responsibilities would include handling all aspects of professional malpractice cases including conducting legal research, drafting motions, attending court proceedings, participating in fact witness and expert depositions with the ultimate goal of trying your own cases. The ideal candidate would have significant experience in handling civil litigation matters including discovery, depositions, motion practice, oral argument and trial. However, we are happy to work with and train as long as there is a desire to learn and develop. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for meaningful experience and an opportunity to develop your litigation skills We offer a relaxed, cordial and professional environment with competitive salary, health insurance, 401K and profit sharing.
