Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Greenville, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PMTue06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWed06:00 AM - 02:00 PMThur06:00 AM - 02:00 PMFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, business areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site. Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and document visitor, delivery, and contractor activity. Complete accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
