Join Our Caring CommunityHumana's Primary Care Organization provides senior-focused, value-based care through the CenterWell and Conviva brands.CenterWell Senior Primary Care is looking for a Variable Staffing Pool (VSP) Physician to provide outpatient primary care coverage for senior patients in Powdersville, SC. This is an onsite role that reports to the Associate Medical Director and offers a flexible schedule averaging fewer than 19 hours per week.What You'll DoProvide comprehensive primary care services for senior patients.Manage chronic and complex medical conditions.Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary care team members.Complete accurate clinical documentation.Support preventive care programs and positive patient outcomes.What You Can ExpectTypically see 12–15 patients per day, allowing for longer, more meaningful patient interactions.Care for seniors with multiple chronic and complex medical conditions.Collaborate with a dedicated, team-based care model.Receive competitive hourly compensation.Enjoy flexible scheduling based on market needs.Use Your Skills to Make an ImpactRequired Qualifications:MD or DO from an accredited program.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.Active, unrestricted South Carolina medical license (or ability to obtain).Current DEA license or ability to obtain.Ability to work a variable schedule averaging fewer than 19 hours per week.Additional Experience We Value:2+ years of clinical experience.Experience caring for senior populations.Experience with Medicare Advantage, value-based care, or risk adjustment documentation.Scheduled Weekly Hours: 1Pay Range: $310,000 - $368,500 per yearDescription of Benefits: Humana, Inc. and its affiliated subsidiaries (collectively, "Humana") offers benefits for limited term, variable schedule and per diem associates which are designed to support whole-person well-being.
