Concrete Flooring Group Sales SupportThe ideal candidate would reside in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, Seattle, Portland, Las Vegas, or Salt Lake City Metro AreaJob SummarySupport the growth of sales within the assigned geographic territory for the Concrete Flooring Group by delivering strategic product recommendations, technical expertise, and training to PROSOCO's field sales teams and customers. Ensure alignment with business development goals by fostering stronger relationships, optimizing product selection, and enhancing customer knowledge to drive increased specifications, sales, and market penetration.Essential Functions· Support regional sales to grow and develop CFG markets within a defined geographical territory.· Evaluate needs and promote PROSOCO products or service to independent representatives, distributors, contractors, architects, and engineers.· Collaborate with field sales members to answer customers questions about products, pricing, and availability.· Emphasize product features, based on analyses of customer's needs.· Demonstrate the use of products. (Onsite training). Previous experience with concrete flooring required.Salary Description $100,000 - $120,000 Base (OTE = Base+Commission) PROSOCO
