Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers the flexibility of working remotely, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients. Our work schedule is structured for optimal work-life balance, with consistent hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing you to focus entirely on your clients without the demands of evening or weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing trust and rapport, fostering an environment conducive to open communication and therapy.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, assess therapeutic stability, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Create, implement, and manage personalized treatment plans that align with client goals and address their unique mental health issues.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining up-to-date records and progress notes that comply with best practices and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse population facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds will be critical in facilitating a safe space for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and independent Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following your graduate studies.
